I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking either to learn martial arts or just have some fun while transforming their mind and body positively. We love this place and the positive impact it has brought in our lives! As Shihan Brian says - THE FAMILY THAT KICKS ALWAYS STICKS!! Thank you to him and all the Senseis. Its great to have a place like Total Impact which has made us much stronger as a family. Shihan Brian and Senseis all bring a lot of fun and enthusiasm while ensuring every singe student is able to give his/her atleast 100%. The circuit training for kickboxing is different every day and ensures all different levels are included. Also being part of their kickboxing classes has made us bring the best of ourselves and realize the importance of being fit and going. Our young boy loves going to his Martial arts class and always felt comfortable from day 1 - thanks to Shihan Brian and other Senseis for being so involved and always trying to motivate each and every kid while teaching the key moves. Their Martial arts techniques and making young kids understand the value of focus, respect and discipline sets them way above the others. Shihan Brian, Sensei Kyle, Sensei John John, Sensei Allen and Brandon are all so awesome and so friendly with all the students. What a gem of a place! The name “total impact” is so very right - its a Total Impact to your body and as a family we can see it everytime we go work out. I would give the same review even if I were not related! Martial Arts are a powerful tool: How wonderful that at Total Impact it is combined with a gentleness that comes from self-confidence.Full disclosure, Jeff Nelson, a partner and instructor at Total Impact is my son and I am very proud of it. Everyone stays for the duration of the event. What a great, safe environment for children of all ages to learn high level martial arts, self confidence, self discipline, calmness, courtesy, and social skills.I think that the staff of Total Impact have established a perfect balance for the students. The attendance is amazing! Often the parents bring snacks without even being asked to. The amazing thing about this is that the kids are obviously learning a lot and Master Brian has a wonderful, gentle control of class discipline. When attending special events at Total Impact, I am always impressed with the amount of participation of both the students and their families. There is no doubt the students are having fun, EVERY STUDENT! No one is left out. In addition to being a 5th Degree Black Belt, he also has a “Black Belt” in teaching and entertaining children. BIG SMILES EVERYHERE!I also found Master Brian to be an incredible instructor. You will see this especially with the kids, who are very attentive and excited about the classes. Having been a School Social Worker and the Executive Director of a Mental Health Clinic specializing in serving children and their families, I think I bring a special perspective to this review. What struck me first about the students at Total Impact is their enthusiasm for the programs. I have spent a lot of time at Total Impact observing Classes and Open House events for the students, their families and the public. I am 29 miles away but I will definitely see them again.Thank you very much for the great experience!!! I am excited for the next class 😊I encourage everyone to try it. They gave me more than the little boost I was looking for!Knowing that I will be meeting what I wanted fitness-wise (strength, endurance, and more) while learning in a non-judgmental environment, I decided that it is the best way to reach the goal.

The intensity of the workout has greatly met and my friend’s expectation.

They will correct without embarrassing you. got your names, right? Lol)were always there to assist and explain the correct way to move to avoid injury (I was the “granny” who didnt remember what the next thing to do). Now, I am sort of a newbie on kickboxing but (Shihan)Brian and the others (Allen, Brandon, Jon. We were welcomed and didn’t feel like a stranger. Before trying out, I have tried a couple of facilities which I just didn’t fit in.I asked a friend to join me with try outs. It’s time for a little boost from trainings. I am not getting close to this goal and felt like I am getting slower. I am currently has been focused on strengthening workouts but aiming to lose fat mass, total weight (10lbs) and to increase strength and endurance. In my fitness journey, I will try and sign up on what currently fit my fitness goals. I had the pleasure of trying the facility out this morning and I am impressed.A little background about me so you can sort of weigh in for a little bit of credibility (lol) I have tried different fitness centers and I will not provide a review unless I feel that they deserve one.
